Can't climb brimstone anymore

I did the fortress a few years ago, but now I get too short of breath. Cannot remember if there is anything to see at the base. Anybody remember?

Would you go again, even if you can't make it up to the top or take a panoramic tour of the island?

There are some ruins near the parking area - I particularly remember the Powder magazine and views up to the fortress were good. Also there were plenty of views of the surrounding area because you are already pretty high up in the parking area.

 

EXCEPT for the cannons in the following photos just about all of the first page photos can be seen from the parking area:
