Zip line in St. Kitts

We are cruising December 13 to St. Maarten, St. Lucia and St. Kitts. We are interested in a zip line excursion and wondering if anyone has done the Sky Safari Zip Line in St. Kitts? We are wondering how difficult this trip is for someone that's not exactly "physically fit." Is it difficult walking or climbing to the platforms and is a lot of upper body strength required?
