Cozumel Tour

Will be on Carnival Ectasy on 12/2 going to Cozumel! Yea! Can't wait! Want to see other side of the island, visit a few bars, see ruins & tequila factory, maybe get a massage on the beach & definately do some shopping. What's the best way to plan this? It's just 2 ladies travelling by ourselves so want to make sure we stay safe! Thanks for the info in advance! ;)

Do you think you have time for all of those stops? If you figure out a way to do that, let me know because I would like to see the Tulum or Coba ruins and bar hop on the other side of the island as well...but I'm not sure there is enough time. Joanne:)

I don't know of any ruins you can do without going to the mainland (I may be wrong)...our friends did the ruins tour and it was ALL DAY. No time for anything else at all...they were almost the last ones back on the ship!

The Cozumel Bar Hop Bus is a great time and they bring you to bars on the East side of the island which is very beautiful and rustic (no electricity). I believe you can get a massage at one of the bars. Coconuts is a fantastic bar on a cliff overlooking the ocean...wonderful. Fun place and very good food. That's my pick for getting over to that area...the tour is so much fun and the staff is great!

I was just talking about seeing the small ruins that are there in Cozumel, st. something? I know there's no way to go to the others! Just booked the bar hop when Tom said you did have time for a massage while on it! YIPPEE! Heard there's some souveniers @ some of the bars & I'm sure a little shopping time before & after the tour @ the dock? Yep.....that's my plan!:D As long as I can get some t-shirts for kiddos, tequila to bring back to hubby & vanilla for me, mom & mother in law.....I'm GREAT!:cool:
