Are there any good restaurants within walking distance of the Seawall Hilton? Any type that is good and closeby.

Within 2 blocks: Rainforest Cafe (tacky, expensive, but good for kids), IHOP, San Luis Resort. Walk another block and you're at the Olympia Grill (Greek).

 

My favorite on the Seawall is Gaido's. The Hilton is in Landry-land at 54th & Seawall; Gaido's is at 39th & Seawall. It's walkable if you like walking.

 

But between the Hilton/Convention Center complex and its sister property next door the San Luis there's no shortage of food.

Landry's is right there basically in the Hilton parking lot.

I enjoyed Landry's as well. Try the dish called Bar Trash, it's really yummy!
