I have been having trouble reaching Mr. Sanchos to make a reservation for a large group in February. Anyone else having this problem? Any tips as to how to get them to answer my e-mails? Thanks in advance for any help.

First of all, check your spam folder. I have often contacted people only to have their reply end up there.

We just got back yesterday from our trip that included a stop in Cozumel. WE rented a car, and stopped at Mr. Sanchos for a few hours. Not sure how big your group will be, but from what I witnessed there, there would be no reason to need a reservation. Perhaps the time of year you are going would require one?? The place was pretty empty - we had no issues getting a chair right away or beachside bar service. We did have our own snorkeling equipment and did not pay to get a message or use the "water park" or whatever you call it. It was a nice few hours - pretty beach, very nice people working there. Have fun!
