Actually you get it on more than just formal night if you are in a suite and only once if you get the romance package. It's usually chocolate covered strawberrys, but could be finger sandwiches or canapes.

I'd say like every other night, though it depends on the ship, On my last dawn sailing which was 11 nights I recieved four food amenities

LOL - I've never heard it called "food amenities" - how generic. On my 15 night Dream cruise it was either Chocolate covered strawberries (yum) or Cheese or Caviar or Salmon on stale bread. It seems like it came nearly every night.

Greenie, the strawberries were D E L I C I O U S - Some had milk chocolate and some had white chocolate. :D Excellent with Champagne!

Can you tell me any more about a cat CC on the wind. What other perks did you receive?

we also got priority tendering and an invitation to an officers cocktail party, champagne twice and a few NCL logo items. however, i think the concierge just took a liking to us. im not sure all CC cabins got these perks. as for the cabin, 9018, it was very nice. the sitting area by the floor to ceiling window was my favorite spot to read on sea days-dont be scared when the window washer goes by! loved the ship and the trip!

Unfortunately not. You will receive a bowl of fruit when you first arrive. The Star is a beautiful and fun ship. You will love it.
