Feedback on Rowan Watersports?

We are considering the stingray tour through Rowan Watersports, but I am wondering if anyone has any feedback on them, either positive or negative? Their prices were cheaper than everyone else, and he called me directly to anser some questions that I had. He seemed very nice, and also very professional.
