I can't book Dolphin Encounter. HELP

I tried to book it online but it says they don't book for Carnival passengers.

Called them, to check and they wouldn't book it.

 

Do you think we can arrive on the day and see if there is availibility?

Was this the one at Chankannab? You should be able to book it in advance, online at Chankanaab Park.

exactly. dolphin encounter contracts with carnival (at a higher price) so they won't let you book independently. we were on carnival and booked the dolphins at chankanaab independently. It was great btw!

Is it cheaper/better to book through Chankankaab's Web site or Cozumel Insider? Chankankaab's Web site doesn't even allow you to see prices (http://www.cozumelparks.com/index.html). :confused:
