Cabin Near Elevators?

Has anyone experienced much noise coming from the elevators, such as constant dinging and people talking, on the Dream? Looking at booking a cove balcony cabin just behind the forward elevator walls....

every cabin we have had has been right by the elevator and we have never noticed any noise. ;-) we have had 3 so far on 3 different ships.

Never noticed any problems with the elevator noise. We are always near them.

Our cabin backed up to the main midship elevators on the Dream (9362) and we never heard a thing. You might hear people talking if you are near the atrium doors but I know that we never heard the mechanisms.

Same here, right by the elevators and didn't hear a peep!:D

Had a cabin on the Legend right by the atrium elevator and loved it!! No noise and very convenient! In fact we booked a cabin in the same location for our upcoming Liberty cruise!!:)

We too have always been midship by the Atrium elevators and have never heard any noise at all from the elevators.....plus, its a great location. Don't worry at all, the only noise to concern yourself with is from above you, be certain there isn't a disco, theatre or any venue with loud music above you. Otherwise, ENJOY!!!
