travel from St.Maarten to ST.Barts

Aquamania runs a high speed ferry over to St. Barts. Check in is 8 and return time is 4:45. Even if you made it over to the Simpson Bay area where it leaves from by 8:45 it is the arrival back at 4:45 which would put you back at the ship probably around 5:30-6 if all goes as planned. None of the other ways that I know of are even this close to your port schedule.

The ferry to Anguilla is doable though if you are interested in visiting that island. It would be a pretty rushed trip IMHO, but it is doable.

Ferry ride over to Barts can be extremely rough. One of the ferries, Voyager, is sometimes called the "vomit comet".

Commuter flights out of Grand Case (St. Barth Commuter) and Julianna (Winair) might be another option. Only 10-15 minutes, not cheap, but you're on a ship schedule. The runway at Barts is one of the more challenging ones in the world...

A lot to do without leaving SXM, not that much at SBH, and everything there is $$$$...
