roe2ship Posted February 27, 2005 #1 Share Posted February 27, 2005 A DUNKIN DONUTS ON ALL THE SHIPS.........WITH THE FEE? Yes I love REAL coffee.
Murphy Posted February 27, 2005 #2 Share Posted February 27, 2005 Nope. I love the pastries that are free via RCI and don't like Dunkin Donuts in general. Now their coffee is another thing... yes it's great, but don't think replacing Johnny Rockets with DD is the way to get the fair coffee onboard fixed. parrothead60450 Posted February 27, 2005 #3 Share Posted February 27, 2005 Oh, it's real coffe on board. REAL STRONG coffee. LOL. But, no, I like Johnny Rocket's better than DD.

BobBeaSea Posted February 27, 2005 #10 Share Posted February 27, 2005 Looking forward to trying Johnny Rockets, however I would trade Seattle's Best Coffee for Tim Hortons in a heartbeat.:D

trabucocruiser Posted February 27, 2005 #12 Share Posted February 27, 2005 I would trade In-N-out Burgers for JR in a flash or maybe Krispy Kreme.
pinkrosesdeb Posted February 27, 2005 #13 Share Posted February 27, 2005 I would vote for the Krispy Kreme just because we don't have one here and we love them! But, we enjoy JR's at least once on every cruise so we are happy they are there for the change of pace. Deb
superjerryw Posted February 27, 2005 #14 Share Posted February 27, 2005 I wouldn't give up Johnny Rockets, but I would like to see a Dunkin Donuts on board as well. Last cruise the desserts were pretty bad and Dunkin Donuts would have been a welcome sight.

roe2ship Posted February 27, 2005 Author #19 Share Posted February 27, 2005 Hmmm, I see many really enjoy the Johnny Rockets. Where are all the hard core, religious coffee drinkers, LOL! Murphy, you are right, this is not the way to get the coffee problem fixed. I really detest packing a coffeemaker with me.

stillfrantic Posted February 27, 2005 #21 Share Posted February 27, 2005 Now if it were a Krispy-Kreme you were talking about......You betcha ya!! I'd swim along behind the ship if someone would toss me Krispy-Kreme's occasionally!:D
dougp26364 Posted February 27, 2005 #22 Share Posted February 27, 2005 Seeing all these posts about Jr's, Red Robbin and In-and Out burger just makes me wonder if no one really remembers good old home cooked burgers. All of these serve good burgers but they're still just a hamburger. Has anyone mentioned Fat Burger yet? If not, I guess that one ought to be tossed in there as well. As for donuts I'd prefer Krispy Kreme on Lamars over Dunkin Donuts anyday and yes, I wouldn't mind seeing one on the ships depending on what the "extra" charge was for it. Since I can get Krispy Kreme's here for around a $1 ($1 for a donut? What am I thinking), I could go for paying a quarter apiece for them on the ship. Having watched Krispy Kreme's come off the line hot and fresh, I bet the hot oil would be a fire hazard the ship couldn't put up with. If that's the case day old donuts just don't appeal to me. Of course, the donuts they put out on the buffet don't appeal to me either.
