Avereysnana Posted January 9, 2011 #1 Share Posted January 9, 2011 Has anyone stayed in this cabin? I was wondering about how close the elevators were and if you feel the motion is this room. This is our first cruise with Carnival and want it to be great. Thanks, Marty:rolleyes:
k2excursion Posted January 10, 2011 #2 Share Posted January 10, 2011 From the deck plans, it looks like the elevators are 5 doors down & around the corner. As far as motion: If there are big waves, the whole ship will feel it. But at least you aren't all the way aft or forward. You are closer to midship, which is a better spot to not feel as much motion. You're not directly midship, a little more than 1/3 of the way up from the back, but that's still a good location. serene56 Posted January 10, 2011 #3 Share Posted January 10, 2011 You are far enough away from the elevators where noise should not be an issue. We had cabins located right by the elevators and never had a noise problem. Your cabin is a connecting cabin- if the people in the cabin listen to the tv late at night loud--- that is where your issue will come from
Avereysnana Posted January 30, 2011 Author #4 Share Posted January 30, 2011 I did not notice that it was a connecting cabin but will hope that the noise level is low. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the help. your cruise is still quite a bit away= you can request a change if needed 7258- see if that one is available. Its one of two of the most sought after balcony on this class ship
