Anchorage/Whittier Hotel

I have made reservations at the SpringHill Suites in Anchorage and the Inn at Whittier in Whittier Alaska for the end of June. Has anybody stayed at either of these? Just hoping they are decent hotels. If anyone has stayed at either I would love to have some feedback.

I live in Anchorage and up to recently our boss when he was in town stayed at the Springhill Suites. He only transferred from there because a Homewood Suites open and they bigger rooms, full kitchens, etc. but for up till then had stayed there for the last couple of years. This hotel is in midtown and it's a few blocks from a WalMart and Outback Restaurant.

 

Can't tell you about the Inn at Whittier except that it's new, so haven't heard much about it.
