Amazing Race Excursion - anyone done this?

We are sailing on the Freedom of the Sea's 1/23/11 and Cozumel will be one of our ports to visit. They have the "Amazing Race Excursion" similar to the reality show. Wondering if anyone has done this? If so is it pretty physical?

Ooops, to late for me to reply to you, but in case it helps others:

I did this with my wife in 2009, and it was a blast (I may do it again with my brother & nephew in March).

 

You do a bit of running from location to location, if you want to win. I'm a bit overweight, and was carrying a backpack with camera gear, but we still managed to come in second (may have been first if I hadn't of had a brain fart on one clue).

I did get sweaty and exert myself, especially on the last 2 legs, but the cold beer they served at the finish line helped!
