Dream - tendering in St. Maarten?

I just looked at my cruise docs and it says that St. Maarten is a seasonally tendered port, but I can't find what season it tenders in. Anyone know the answer to this? I should probably post this in the ports of call forum, but this forum seems to get quicker responses.

Been there three times and always docked. I suppose if the number of ships is really large, someone has to tender. First guess would be Spring Break.:confused:

I was there 2 weeks ago and it docked. I can't see why that would change in 3 weeks, but who knows. Also I'm pretty sure we were the only ship in port that day.
