Princess.com problem

I was in the process of printing out boarding passes/tags but the site has kicked me off and now I can't log back in because it "doesn't recognize me as a registered user--what gives? This has never happened to me before esp. as I'm in the process of printing out documents. Any suggestions (if I can't get back in I will call princess tomorrow.

Yup just had the same problem - hopefully its just a short term thing. With any luck its because they are giving us a last minute upgrade...

I was able to log back on and finish my printing. No more upgrades, but then I was pretty satifsfied with the upgrade we received originally.

I have tried many times to down load the "Countdown Connection" I get the main thingy but I cant put any details in and it wont let me set time, show msgs, ports of call or webcams, what am I doing wrong???:(
