Dominica ideas?

We will be in Dominica March 23rd and have already booked a day tour with Pepper who was highly recommended. My husband and I are traveling with our 10 month old son, my 79 year old grandmother and our 16 year old babysitter. Looking for suggestions of best places to see with our 'diverse' group!!
