PopFla Posted February 5, 2011 #2 Share Posted February 5, 2011 If I'm reading that right, it's best to book now, and if a resident rate comes available later, cancel the original booking and book a new one under the FL Resident rate.

PopFla Posted February 8, 2011 #5 Share Posted February 8, 2011 It totally depends on how quickly a particular cruise sells. If it's getting somewhat close to the departure date - 60 days or so - and they still have quite a few staterooms unsold, they'll start offering special rates in an effort to fill the ship up. If the cruise is almost full a week or two before departure, they may offer some "last minute" rates to FL residents or Cast Members.
