Carnival Miracle - rooms 5142-5154

I found a great deal for a balcony room on the carnival miracle, but it says that these rooms are obstructed. Has anyone stayed in any of these rooms? How obstructed are they? Do you get a view at all?

I do not like the area of the first three lifeboats-

 

can you ask to move back some??

 

there is also a wall next to the 5142 giving the balcony a somewhat closed in feeling.

 

The obstruction is the lifeboats. These come to the railing. But the first three lifeboats sit higher then the rest.

 

see the "white" of that lifeboat- its what you willhave outside your balcony.

 

 

see the wall to the left of the photo== that is what you will have on your balcony

 

 

5236 is the best balcony of that category- looking at the deck plans you can see this balcony is huge.

 

If that is not available- see if youcan get a balcony that is between the lifeboats-- which you can see on the deck plans.

 

 

notice how narrow the balcony is
