EASY EXPRESS to get from FLL to miami,,, i am always a bit leary to book over the net

You don't have to book anything. Tricounty and Airport shuttle are right at curbside for anyone to take advantage of. Plenty of vans. In November Tricounty was $20pp and Airport shuttle was $17pp.

Do you need reservations for the return after disembarking from the ship? We'll have a 12:30 flight back to New England that Sunday from FLL.

We booked a town car with Tricounty for the return trip from Miami to FLL. It was $80 (included tip). Or you can take a cab (plenty of them) from Miami to FLL for $65. If I were to do it again I would just go with the cab. Less hassel then booking the town car, trying to find them after getting off the ship and doing the paperwork when they drop you off. Our flight was 11:15 and we had plenty of time to spare as we got off the ship first.
