Miami Airport West Best Western Inn & Suites??

I need a pre-cruise hotel, and was looking at the Best Western inn and suites located near the airport. Has anyone stayed at this hotel, and if so, how close is it to the Miami port?

Not familiar with the particular hotel, but it's a LONG way from the Port of Miami. It's actually quite a ways west of the airport terminal, you're probably looking at a 30-45 minute drive to the port.

 

Personally I think you would be better off choosing a hotel in downtown Miami. Many have been getting great prices at the Hyatt downtown.

Wow, I didn't realize that it was so far away. I did a map quest and it said it was 20 minutes away from the port. We are leaving a week from Saturday, I wonder if I could still get a good motel in Downtown Miami?
