All Inclusive beach Club in St. Thomas?

Just wondering if there is such a thing as an all inclusive beach club/ facility that you can book for the day when cruising to St. Thomas? TIA:)

We are going to bolongo bay -It is a beach hotel . its not all inclusive - you have to buy food anbd drinks but all the water toys are included , beach and pool its 100$ for 4. You get to try kyack, mini cat, mini sailboat, Surfbaord with saul. aquabikes. Its not on thier site you have to call to find out about it

I don't know of any but there are some catarmaran companies that other "open bars" and such.
