Captain Marvin's Glass Bottom Boats

Just wondered if anyone has tried Captain Marvin's glass bottom boat /snorkel trips? My husband and I like to snorkel but our kids ages 10 & 12 aren't sure if they will like it or not so this sounded perfect since we could snorkel and they could watch from the boat. Thanks for any advice.

hi,

yes, we went on one last december,,,,you could definately see some things through the glass, but its better to be in the water,,,,all the snorkel spots were deep though, so once you are in, you cant just stand up,,,,,have they ever tried snorkeling before?

you could do a trial snorkel at edens rock, right near the place where you get off the tender,,,as you tender in, just look to the right for the red roof,,,its about 2 blocks or so,,,you walk down the steps right into the water,,when we were there you could easily stand up in the water (about 3-5 feet deep) and there were lots of fish,,there was also a restaurant and a little beach there,,,we loved that more than the boat tour!!!!

if you have any questions, just ask!!

wendy
