Another Itinery Change for Cariibbean N104

I have just had another call..

 

2nd Itineray change for N104.

 

10th March was due St Vincent (after 1st change) now Dominica.

 

So, Dominica is back on for us?

 

I had a feeling that would happen if I booked a DIY Local tour in St Vincent.

 

So we are now back to the original ports of call but in a different order.

I wonder why theu didn't just do this in the first place, rather than re-aranging us to go to St Vincent, then changing it again ?
