Beaches in Belize

first time going to Belize and was wondering what 2 young females can do to have fun. Thinking of a little shopping and a lot of Sun!! help!! thanks in advance!!

You may want to go back and read some of the threads on things to do. You are limited in Belize. As two females, I personally would not leave tourism village without a tour. For a beach, you would have to go back out after you tender into Belize. There is Bannister Island. Coral Breeze offers a tour and your ship may. As for shopping, there is some shopping inside of the gates at Tourism Village.

Belize doesn't have a beach and is very different from ports like, say Cozumel. It doesn't have that same beachy, Carribean "feel" when you arrive.
