Don't know if this will help, but YouTube has a video on Pearl's 10164 which appears to be very similar to the aft balconies on the Gem.

In deckplan pictures they appear to be, but I don't know. You'll probably get help from those with personal experience.

10164 is a suite so it will not be the same as 10168. I think I was looking for 10166 which is a suite-just next door but not the same at all. Back to the drawing board.

Guess you read these reviews for 10168.
