Kids club question

Hi!!!

We are new to RCCL and was wondering about the kids clubs. I have a 13 and 11 year old. I was wondering if I will have to sign the 11 year old in and out of the club, or can he come and go as he pleases??? Any thoughts, comments or advice is greatly appreciated. We will be on The Freedom Of The Seas.

You can authorize your 11 yr old to sign himself out. That is what we have done the last couple of years - yes we also have rules that go with the privilage.

 

My 13 yr old son is too shy to go to the teen club and his 11 yr old sister is chompping at the bit to go - she'll be 3 months too young for the teen club on our Spring Break cruise.

On other cruises, I had a hard time letting him have extra freedom, but rules were laid down, and he understood I was to know at all times where he was and what he would be doing AND I would check up on him. He was told if he broke any of the rules, he would be "glued" to me for the rest of the trip and any future ones....

You definitely won't have any problem allowing him to sign in and out. They even let 6-8 year olds sign in/out (if parents sign a waiver)! :eek:
