griffy116 Posted March 5, 2011 #26 Share Posted March 5, 2011 Breakfast (MDR): Swimsuit with t-shirt dress or longish cover-up over swimsuit. Sometimes it's swimsuit with shorts and t over the swimsuit. This applies to days at sea and ports where I plan to do a beach activity. Lunch: Cover-up t-shirt dress or shorts and t over swimsuit. By the way, we would never go to lunch with a dripping wet swimsuit. Laying in the sun before going to lunch and the swimsuit is dry. Dinner: back to the cabin to dress appropriately for dress code for the evening. After dinner, on formal nights, I go back and change into shorts or capris for time spent in the casino or out on the deck or shopping onboard. Gloria765 Posted March 5, 2011 #27 Share Posted March 5, 2011 thanks for the feedback...just want to cut down on packing so i'm thinking i'll bring like 3 casual cover-up dresses for the 9 days and perhaps a few pair of shorts. i am always chilly so i'm thinking some sweaters for the evening and perhaps a zippered fleece for daytime on the ship in the a/c. They do have laudry areas, so you could always pack lighter if you choose and wash what you have.
