Butlers

Recommended Posts

I'm sure it's been asked before - aside from bringing in room service what do the butler's do?

We sailed on the NCL SUN in September 2004. Our butler did bring us regular room service and the suite room service menu. We could also have the butler bring us the menu from the dinning room, or walk to the dinning room and write down what we wanted. Then calling one of the two butlers with our order and the time we wanted it. Not wanted to miss sunset, we also had the butler serve dinner from East meets West and Il Adagio in our Suite. We also enjoyed having the three bottles of liquor that came with the romance suite. Oh yes, the bulter also tapped on the door between 4 and 4:30 pm with our treats from the concierge. The morning we left the ship, we had breakfast in the suite, served by both butlers. All other mornings we had breakfast in the dinning room at a table for two.

We will be sailing on the Sun on 5/3/05 and looking forward to having a butler and the concierge take care of us.

Happy sailing
