Port times

Does anyone know what time the Opera uses? Does it stay on "florida" (EST) time or does it go with the time of the current port?

I was just on the Eastern itinerary, and the ship's time was the same as the port's time. At one point heading east we were asked to change our clocks forward one hour during the night, and then a few days later we were asked to change them back an hour.
