Can we transfer our booking from PCC to a TA?

This will be our second NCL cruise and both times we have booked through NCL's PCC. After reading on CC that TA's can give so much more "extras" as far as OBC's, wine, free insurance, etc., we were considering transferring our booking to a TA.

 

Question: Has anybody transferred a Harrah's/CAS discounted booking? If so, how does one go about doing that without losing any of those perks?

 

Also, can you transfer your booking after final payment, or does it have to be before?

I don't think you can transfer a booking from CAS as they are travel agent for your booking. Transferd bookings need to be done prior to final payment. If I'm wrong, I'm sure someone will correct me...

If you transfer to a TA, you will lose your casino perks. Casino perk have to be bk'd by the casino dept.
