Splendor Gym Noise

I read a review about a Splendor Spa Balcony Cabin 1032 located directly below the gym, continual pounding from the treadmills above just about 24/7 resounding into the cabin. If the gym is closed to cruisers then the crew was on them. Maybe this was one guy who had a grudge against CCL, just hoping to get a 2nd opinion.

It's doubtful that the crew was on the treadmills. They have their own gym on the crew decks...

Yes it is noisy

The comments I read on another BB said they were promised the noise would stop @ 10PM when the gym closed, @ 11:30PM pounding continued went up & a crew member was on the treadmill.

I agree= they will be noisy. Not only by treadmills but the weight machines also.

Gym does close to passengers and although they have their own gym the crew do use the regular gym. (I have seen the dancers up there many cruises)

 

You do not want a cabin directly under that area but other cabins will be fine. (cabins under the massage area or the sauna rooms)

I have a call & email into my TA hoping to change rooms. There are some still available on the starboard side.
