kmcg8r Posted March 15, 2011 #1 Share Posted March 15, 2011 We are traveling to Cozumel next month on a cruise. We typically dive with Scuba with Allison when we are there, however she will be out of town during our visit. The person she typically refers people to is booked. Can anyone recommend anyone there? We'd prefer to go directly with the company vs. the cruise line. Thanks in advance.

They are a small mom/pop operation and their two boats are a little older and slower. What they excell in is fantastic service. Last month I got my own private boat, guide, 100 cu ft air tank, and 36 % nitrox tank for $10 less than the ship's tour was charging.I got all the bottom time I wanted and never saw any other divers at the sites we visited. It was a perfect day in Cozumel. They have also got me out on several occasions when the ship's tours were cancelled due to weather.
TexCruise371 Posted March 20, 2011 #3 Share Posted March 20, 2011 We have been using Pancho's Diving Adventures for several years. Simple boat, no more than 6 divers, very safety conscious and Pancho is a wonderful guy. http://www.panchodivingadventures.com/
heydn62 Posted March 20, 2011 #4 Share Posted March 20, 2011 DiveWithMartin is located right at the International Pier and sends several boats out in the morning and the afternoon. Price is good, includes gear for free if you like, and runs a good operation. If you're coming into this pier (or the one next door - Puerta Maya) you may want to check them out.
