Most tourists will just take a taxi; tell them where you want to go and you're fine.

 

If you drive, you head in the general direction of Simpson Bay and the bridge, but after you pass over Cole Bay Hill (where the overlook is) and hit the 'T' intersection at the bottom with Welfare Road, Simpson Bay and the bridge are to the Left of the 'T'.

 

H-D is to the Right. In about a minute and a half the road will force a Left turn and become Union Road. H-D is ahead a bit, on the Left.
