Cozumel Jeep tour! HELP!

Going to Cozumel in April on the Carnival Valor...I want to do the Jeep excursion with my group. I've seen many jeep excursions...I've seen one offered through Carnival on our ship..and i've seen other various outside vendors offering a Jeep excursion. My group is really afraid to book outside of Carnival but the other jeep excursions look better and go to more places! Does anyone know if all the Jeep Excursions go to the same places? and is it save to reserve through a company other then the cruise lines? Thanks =D

Carnival's Jeep tour does not go around the island, which is pretty nice thing to do. Cozumel water sports excursion company seems to offer the one going around the island and to punta sur eco park. We made arrangements with them in the past and can recommend them.
