Which one is better? Grand cayman.

We plan on booking our excursions thro carnival bc we have 2 small children who will be staying at the camp while at port. (i have 16 other family members going so someone will always be on the ship in case they need anyone)

 

When looking at the excursions there are 2 that do the exact same thing-go coral reef snorkeling and swim with the stingrays. The reef and rays is 65/person and is a "popular pick" the other one is Coral reef and stingray City. Its only $40/person! Does the same thing....

Anyone have any experience with either? Is one better than the other? Obviously the 40/person sounds better but $65/person is in our budget to and just want to book the one that's better! Want this to be a great time for me and my fiance as thais is or wedding cruise and will be our first thing to do as newlyweds and kidless :-)
