How prompt is Galveston Comfort Suites shuttle

I am looking at the convenience of having a shuttle take us to and from the hotel, and Comfort Suites offers this service to guests. Has anyone had any experience with their shuttle? How long did you have to wait for it when you returned from your cruise?

It appears no one has used Comfort Inn. We used the Holiday Inn Express & LaQuinta which are side by side and owned by the same group. We had no issue getting to the port. When we returned the porter took our bags to the far island and immediately the van pulled up. So for us it was great! You might look at Trip Advisor for the hotel to see if someone reported there.
