debr Posted April 2, 2011 #1 Share Posted April 2, 2011 Can anyone tell me if they have experience what it's like with 6 ships in port?:( I'm was considering the Crown Princess (1/7 & 1/14) until I saw that there would be six ships in Belize and 5 in Cozumel (including Oasis of the Sea:rolleyes:). Has anyone experienced this kind of crowd in these two port before? Thanks Debr
Toyz711 Posted April 2, 2011 #2 Share Posted April 2, 2011 we were last ship to tender, all the other ships (at least 5 others) had tendered their passengers to shore. by the time we got to the tourist village, everyone had gone on their tours. we did lamanai, only a couple of the cruise lines go there, not crowded at all. cozumel gets many, many ships in all the time. with so many beaches to go to, we didn't notice any crowds. Thank you, good to know! Looking at private tours (snorkeling, manatee's, etc.) so will need to book early. Debr
Fourseventeen Posted April 3, 2011 #4 Share Posted April 3, 2011 we were there with 4 ships in port once and the place was a mess! Guess it all depends on what you plan to do. Some tours will be more packed then others. We did cave tubing both times we went to Belize and one time with 2 ships in port cave tubing was great, the time with 4 ships in port cave tubing was a mad house.
