Safely received thankyou! I must confess the 'obstructed' balcony did not look as bad as I feared - I had an obstructed window on the Kong Harald & half the window was lifeboat - from the photos it looks as though the obstruction is only about 2 feet above the level of the rail - so clear view of the horizon.....but I'll find out soon enough!
