connecting cabins on Epic?

I don't know about the inside cabins as we only looked at the balcony, but we did have to go up to the highest priced balcony cabin (family balcony or something like that) to find connecting and there were not very many. So if you find them, I would book them right away. Good luck and happy sailing:)

BTW, when you look at the picture of the ship on the NCL site and you are looking floor by floor, look for the tiny connecting arrow between two cabins. Those will be the only connecting ones on the ship, and like I said there aren't many on the Epic. There are more on other ships, but well, they aren't the Epic, so it depends on what you are looking for.

Depending on when you are going, if you can book on the Star or the Dawn after her refurb. You can book something called a family suite for not much more. It will put you all in the same cabin, but it separates into 3 separate sleeping spaces with heavy curtains and moveable walls. You also get all the suite perks- which are super amazing.

Most of the balcony staterooms on 13 and 14 connect. Nothing below those levels, and I don't think there are any inside connectors. You can see the connectors in the deck plans, represented by a small box in the corner near the balcony. For example, 14022 connects with 14024.

If you read my review you will see that I do not suggest getting connecting rooms. The door takes up closet space in the room, and you can accomplish the same results by opening the balcony divider and walking from room to room using the balcony.
