Drink Coupons

I've already purchased some for our upcoming cruise. They say they are good for one drink not exceeding $5.75. So, basically if we want to use just the coupon, without having to put any more money on our S&S account, we have to order beer or a glass of wine? Everything else on the drink menu is more than $5.75, right? Do we just order our drink and go ahead and give the coupon to the waiter, or do we wait until he/she brings us the drink? Never used these before, so I have a lot of questions. Thanks!

You order you drink as always. When your drink waiter returns you had him or her the coupon. If the cost of the drink exceeds the value of the coupon the remainder will be charged to your Sail & Sign card.

I especially like to use the coupons at the shows. It makes it so much easier. I hand the waiter my coupon and if the theater is dark by the time my drink has arrived I hand the waiter a tip and he/she can move on.

Give it to the the waiter or bartender when you order and before they ring up the charge on Mr. Computer. If your drink is more than the face amount, they'll probably charge you the difference. Sometimes they won't if it's only a little difference, but that's a hit or miss thing.
