QM2 How Strict are Boarding Times

Hello! How strcitly observed is one's assigned boarding time (which is provided in along with the tickets)?

We received a later boarding time, but plan on arriving mid-to-early afternoon. With other lines this has never been a problem, but will we be treated differently because we are in an inside cabin?

Thanks for your help!

P.S. Any suggestions for what time to arrive at the NYPST would be appreciated.

We got to the ship at 10:30 a.m. They started a line. They didn't start boarding until 11a.m.. No one, no one ever checked anyone's boarding time. When you get to the dock just check in.

By the way, the ship is fantastic. A five star experience in every way. Best cruise in 11 cruises we have been on over the past 15 years.
