Why not stay in B&B in NOLA precruise?

While looking for lodging for precruise Nov.2011, I didn't see any bed and breakfast lodgins recommended. I really enjoy staying at that type of place and would like to know why. The prices seem very competitive and of course include breakfast. I am looking particularly at The Ursuline Guest House. Please let me know if this seems like a good idea. Will be cruising on the Conquest on the 13th for my birthday cruise!
