Imagination 1pm arrival in Cozumel

Now also looking at the Imagination out of Miami in Feb 2012. It has a 1pm arrival time in Cozumel, is the boat normally “on time” or is there a chance that it would arrive earlier? And with the 1pm arrival, does that leave enough time to head over to Paradise Beach, or do they close early?

We did this in March and had plenty of time. We got to the pier on time and had plenty of time at the Paradise Beach Club. The only problem we had was since 1:30ish is a peak time, it was hard to find enough lounge chairs together. After some searching we did finally get enough moved around then asked one of the guys running the area to get us an umbrella and table.

We spent several hours there and only left because it was time for us to do other things. I think we were left around 4:30ish. There were plenty of people still there when we left.

My DH and I were on the Imagination in March and also got to Cozumel at 1pm, which is noon local time. You will have plenty of time at Paradise Beach. We took a cab straight there (shared cab which reduced cost) and were laying on the beach within 30-45 minutes. Btw, we really enjoyed Paradise Beach, especially the new pool and the food!
