progs2 Posted April 15, 2011 #1 Share Posted April 15, 2011 Does anyone know the limit on the number of people who can be grouped together? We will be traveling on the Fantasy next year with a group of 12 with 7 adults and 5 children. We would like one big table, but I have heard that the Dream and the Fantasy do not accommodate this. One family has 5 and they don't want to be stuck with grandma every night.
thejoker Posted April 15, 2011 #2 Share Posted April 15, 2011 We were on Dream early March with a group of 12 (7 adults, 5 children) and we were all seated at one long table in all three dining areas.

papaoma Posted April 15, 2011 #4 Share Posted April 15, 2011 quote=progs2;28776839]Thanks, How did you go about getting arranging that? Was it done in advance? We were on the Magic three weeks ago. We had a group of 12 - 3 different staterooms. We first ensured that our reservations were linked. From there we had our TA make a request to Disney for a table of 12. If no TA just call on your own. When we arrived for dinner our first night the table for 12 was in place. As a double check, when you arrive on board go straight to your dining area and talk to the maitre 'd to ensure all is in order. What they will do is put two tables together and your server will look after your table of 12 and one additional table
