suggestion re live from.... reports

Would it be possible to have a new forum for ¨Live from....¨ reports?

 

We all love cruising and enjoy hearing about other peoples travels when we cant get away ourselves. I know there are several regular Live From reporters (PIA springs to mind) but by just looking on the regular site these posts are not easy to spot as there is no one stop shop to check for them.

One of the nice things about "Live From" threads is that people can ask questions and get the answer directly from someone on the ship. If Live From threads were in their own forum, many wouldn't see them or even know they're there. I know I wouldn't bother going as I have no interest in a Live From Carnival, NCL, etc. and wouldn't want to have to wade through them. It could also be confusing as some cruise lines have the same name for their ships unless the poster identified the cruise line in the title. For instance, if you saw "Live From the Dawn," would you know which ship that was?

 

I'm fine with the current, and occasional, Live From on the separate cruise line boards.

Since Sandy mentioned me specifically, I too think they should remain on the regular board. It's really easy to spot, since the heading does say LIVE and the particular thread usually stays on the first page anyway.

 

Then again, I've probably been thrust to page 2 occasionally. ;)

I agree it'll be easier to spot the Princess ones. I belong to another board that does have an area just for separate Live From threads, but there's usually just five to ten of them going at one time, so easier to check to see which specific ship if there's a live from the Dawn, the Sun, the Dream, etc.
