Vettech30 Posted April 24, 2011 #1 Share Posted April 24, 2011 I know the answer to this already but thought I would ask in case I'm missing something. My mom calls me today 4 DAYS BEFORE WE LEAVE!! to tell me that my brother is going to take my sisters place. I immediately tell her hahaha NO YOU CANT!!! Thank god they are not on my set sail pass is all I have to say!! Is it totally impossible at this point to change passengers or can they call the cruise line and get a new set sail pass? Thanks! cruisenfever Posted April 24, 2011 #2 Share Posted April 24, 2011 From the RCI website concerning Can I make changes to a guest listed on my reservation? - Royal Caribbean International
ARCruisinNana Posted April 24, 2011 #3 Share Posted April 24, 2011 Yes, it is possible. One name must remain but the other can be changed. Don't know if that's good news or bad news for you. Not sure about the time frame. It may be up until 72 hours before departure.
patseacruiser Posted April 24, 2011 #4 Share Posted April 24, 2011 I would definitely be on the phone asking RCI and not here. We know the rules but what the res. agents say and do is another thing completely. I have had to change names up to the day before. And actually, the names changed on that reservation so many times I'm not really sure if any of the people were the original names on the reservation that's how indecisive we all were.
