Laminai Tour , Enough time?

Will be on Carnival Glory and port time is 8-5 but also have the tender time. Will there be enough time to take one of the tours to Lamanai and get back with a little spare time. The Glory, apparently does not have this trip on their itinerary.

We took the Lamanai and New River Safari tour through Princess in December and it was fantastic. It is an all day tour, however, and we made the last tender back to the ship. We had no worries since it was a Princess tour, but, if Carnival does not offer it, it might be a gamble.

If Mayan ruins are your goal, is there a ship's tour to Altun Ha? It might be a safer bet from a time standpoint.

Have a great cruise!
