Houston to Galveston

We are booked on the Magic and have been trying to figure out how to get from Houston to Galveston. We would be flying in on a Friday and sailing on the Sunday. Then ending on Sunday and flying out on Monday. It seems that there is a shuttle with Carnival from the Hobby airport but not sure if it would be going when we need it. Also, it goes to the pier and we won't need it for there although, we could just go to the pier and then take a taxi to a hotel.

Welcome to Galveston ... you're going to thoroughly enjoy your stay. Hobby is a 45-minute straight shot to/from Galveston. Here's the website ... any and all information you'll need can be found there. Glad to help ... have a great cruise!

I think that the cruiseline shuttles only run the day of your cruise. We live very close to the port so we always drive. However, many people use Galveston Limo service. There are some other posters on the threads that have used the Super Shuttle. Both of these companies have websites. I know there are others and if you scroll down further this site, you should be able to get more information. The above site of www.galveston.com has excellent information!
