Yes, there is a VIP check-in room at both Port Canaveral terminals.

Carnival Sensation: after you get to the top of the escalator, look to your right corner.

Carnival Dream: after you get to the top of the escalator, look to the left wall.

In both locations, after the paperwork is completed, they'll escort you to a special waiting area, if embarkation has not already started.
